What sets you apart from other realtors?
I'm a numbers person when I really get down to work, but when I'm not deep into a project I'm a social butterfly like nobody's business. It's not just that I'll get to know you and what you're looking for; I already know a handful of people who can get it for you - and they'll all probably be really eager to work with me.
Yeah, but can you get me a good deal?
My degree is in accounting. And I don't do my homework because I have to - I do it because I love it. So, yes, I'll find out the backstory and get at what the best price will be. That's how I'll negotiate the best deal possible.
How responsive will you be once we get the process started?
Well, once I accept you as a client (and I can be pretty choosy), I'm on a mission. I don't really abide by regular business hours, so I'll definitely either pick up or get back to you quick.
